PARENT/ATHLETE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
All student athletes and their parents are required to review the Athletic Handbook and sign the acknowledgement at the end. Athletes will not be able to participate in tryouts, practices or games until this form has been signed. You will be able to access the handbook and acknowledgement on Family ID.
