Welcome to Bishop Brady Athletics and the 2025 Spring Season. We are all very excited for the start of the season! Please be advised that athletes must register in order to attend practice and all online forms must be completed. There are so many life lessons learned through athletics, one of the most important being commitment. Please consider this carefully when you choose to sign up for athletics at Brady.

How To Register:
- Click on the button above.
- Fill out form for your desired sport including attaching all required documentation.
- If physical is out of date, submit a printed copy of up to date physical exam to the guidance department.
Required Documents:
- Up to Date Physical Exam
- All athletes (new and returning) cannot try-out, practice, and/or participate in any BBHS sport without a current physical exam on file. All student-athletes are required to have a physical exam on file within the past 24 months.
- If a physical expires during the season, the student-athlete will not be allowed to participate until a new physical exam is submitted.
Please Note: All student-athletes are asked to upload their physical exam directly to Family ID (see below) AND submit a printed copy to the guidance department.
- Baseline Concussion Testing
- Baseline concussion testing is required for all incoming 9th graders, 11th graders and any transfer/new student-athletes at Bishop Brady who have never completed baseline concussion testing at Brady. Those athletes who completed testing this past fall/winter are all set.
- Testing dates at Bishop Brady will be available after school throughout February/March.
