Biography:
This will be my 7th year coaching indoor and spring track at Brady. I am a USA T&F level 1 certified coach and hold Track & Field technical coaching certification from U.S. Track & Field Coaches Association. I am also a certified NH Track and Field Official. I have coached the throwers for the 2015 and 2016 Granite State Games Lakes Region athletes. I threw for 2 years at Rockville High School in CT and 4 years at Bryant College in RI. I am currently a member of Twilight Throws in Chelmsford, MA and compete at various USA T&F meets, holding several top 10 world rankings in my age group in throwing events every year and earning medals at USA Track and Field New England Championships.
